I take customer service very seriously and the way this has been handled is just not professional. I won’t recommend anyone to make an appointment here unless they can cancel and receive a confirmation that it’s been cancelled other than just word of mouth. Penalizing me for a mistake that I didn’t make is not right. I was treated as if it was my fault, I have a record of the phone call and doctors statements to prove I had covid at the time. The tone of voice used was stern and unapologetic. I can’t schedule without making a down-payment due to “No-call no-show” for my color appointment I had scheduled on the 18th of May, that I cancelled over the phone two days prior to my appointment on the 16th of May. So, I was punished for a mistake that someone else made. I called today to schedule just a haircut, I now have restrictions on my ability to schedule. So I assumed my appointment was cancelled. Honestly, I loved coming here because my grandma always came here, she was treated well, loved by the staff, and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
